Refund Policy

Knowledgeful Limited is a Digital Marketing and Consultancy business whose goal is to provide the highest level of Internet marketing services to our clients. Like all businesses to provide our services we need to cover operating expenses. We expect our clients to understand the associated costs and respect all policies regarding our services.  We require payments to be made on time, and any materials. ie. content, files, and images to be submitted upon request.

Upon hiring Knowledgeful Limited you are bound by our refund and cancellation policy and agree to abide by our policies therein.

Audit of your Campaigns

If a client wishes to cancel, they may do so within the first 48 hours but will be invoiced for an amount that Knowledgeful Limited judges to be proportional to the work already completed.

After 48 hours have passed cancellation of an audit will no longer be eligible.

Campaign Management

The Campaign Management service is an ongoing 30-day contract. For all new client’s payment for the full or part amount + VAT will be requested in advance of the commencement of work as agreed between parties. All subsequent invoiced work is paid on receipt of the invoice. A client may cancel at any time as long as 30 days’ notice is given via email.

Prebooked Consultancy Calls

Consultancy calls are paid for in advance via the calendar tool which reserves your place for a 1-1 Personal Service. If a client wishes to cancel refunds will only be given if cancelled in excess of 48 hours’ notice.

If cancelled within 48 hours of phone call consultation commencement no refund will be given to cover loss of earnings.

Cancellation Eligibility:

The following goods cannot be cancelled or refunded: 

  • The supply of products/services made on your owned media, such as websites, social media pages, etc
  • The supply of products/services which according to their nature are not suitable to be cancelled.
  • The supply of products/services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items that cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellations of any merchandise, products, or services that do not meet the above cancellation conditions in our sole discretion.


We will reimburse you no later than 14 working days from the day on which we receive notification of the eligible cancelled services. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
